Getting started
In Psycron, you set your weekly availability once — the days you work, the hours you are available, and any buffer time between sessions. Once saved, your booking page is live and patients can only request slots that fit your schedule. Júpiter AI can guide you through the entire setup in under five minutes.
Every therapist on Psycron gets a personal booking link. You can copy it from your dashboard and share it by WhatsApp, email, or any channel you prefer. Your patients follow the link and pick a slot from your live availability — no account needed on their side.
Google Calendar integration is currently in development. Once released, Psycron will be able to read your Google Calendar events and block out any time that is already booked, preventing double-bookings. We will notify you when it becomes available.
Júpiter is Psycron's built-in AI assistant. When you first sign up, Júpiter guides you through availability setup with a short conversation — asking about your working days, session length, cancellation policy and more. The answers are used to configure your schedule automatically. You can also ask Júpiter questions about the platform at any time.
Appointments & booking
When a patient follows your booking link, they see a calendar showing only the slots you have marked as available. They pick a time, enter their contact details and confirm. You receive a notification and the appointment is added to your Psycron schedule. Confirmation messages are sent automatically to both of you.
When a patient cancels, the appointment is removed from your schedule and the time slot becomes available again for new bookings. You receive a notification via your preferred channel (WhatsApp, SMS or email). Psycron does not automatically reschedule; the patient can book a new slot through your booking link.
Yes. From your dashboard, open the bookings section and select "New appointment." Choose the patient from your list (or add a new one), pick a date and time from your available slots, and confirm. The patient will receive the same confirmation notification as if they had booked themselves.
When creating or editing an appointment, you can mark it as recurring. Psycron will generate the full series of appointments based on the frequency you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Each session in the series appears separately in your schedule and can be cancelled individually without affecting the rest of the series.
Privacy & compliance
Psycron was designed with LGPD and GDPR compliance as a core requirement. Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We only collect the minimum data needed to provide the service. Patients are informed about what data is stored and have the right to access, correct, or delete it at any time. As the therapist, you are the data controller; Psycron acts as the data processor.
Psycron stores the information needed to run your practice: patient name, contact details (phone or email), appointment history, and consent records. No session notes, diagnosis, or clinical content is stored in Psycron unless you explicitly enter it in the notes field. You can view all data associated with a patient from their profile page.
If a patient requests deletion or anonymisation of their data, go to their profile in Psycron and use the "Delete patient data" action. This removes their personally identifiable information and replaces it with anonymised records where required for audit purposes. If you need guidance for a specific case, contact Psycron support.
When a patient books through your Psycron booking page, they are presented with a consent notice explaining how their data will be processed. Their acceptance is logged with a timestamp and stored as a consent record in their profile. You can view consent records at any time for compliance purposes.
Notifications & communications
Psycron supports WhatsApp, SMS and email for appointment reminders and confirmations. By default, notifications are sent through the channel associated with the patient's contact details. You can adjust preferences per patient from their profile.
Go to a patient's profile page and open the Notifications section. You can enable or disable each channel (WhatsApp, SMS, email) and choose when reminders are sent (e.g. 24 hours before, 1 hour before). Changes take effect immediately for future appointments.
